Hi, I’m Elfie — a weaver of beauty, healing, and soul magic.
If you feel the call, I would love to open the temple gates, welcome you inside, and share the story of who I am and why I walk this path.
I was born under the shadow of a communist regime in East Germany — a world of grey walls and silence, where truth was hidden and freedom was feared.
But inside me, a spark was already burning. At 12, I experienced my first spiritual awakening, a moment of divine remembrance that cracked me open to something far greater. At 19, I followed that inner fire and escaped alone — leaving behind a life of suppression to reclaim my sovereignty and seek a life of truth, beauty, and soul freedom.
I became a lawyer, driven by a deep desire to understand my rights, create prosperity, and explore the world. But after 10 years studying and working in law, my heart was yearning for more. So once more I gave up everything to leap into the unknown. On my 30th birthday, I arrived in Australia — and my true rebirth began.
Today, I live and work from my Balinese-inspired Goddess Temple home in Byron Bay. Here, nestled in nature, I support individuals and couples in transformational journeys of embodied healing, divine remembrance, and radiant self-love. Many sessions and events are held in this sacred space, while I also travel regularly to Sydney, interstate, and overseas to share my work.
My passion lies in the wisdom and innate healing power of our bodies — these divine temples — and in the sacred integration of mind, body, and spirit. I guide with love, precision, and presence so that you may thrive with joy, vitality, and sovereign radiance.

With over 22 years’ experience as a Kahuna bodywork therapist, my offerings also draw from shamanism, medicine facilitation, and somatic trauma-informed care.
I am currently deepening my work through Layla Martin’s Coaching Certification in The Tantric Approach to Love, Sex, and Relationships — a potent integration of modern coaching tools with ancient tantric wisdom.My path has danced through many roles — from corporate lawyer to dance facilitator, from graphic designer to airbrush body artist and photographer. Each chapter, each metamorphosis, has revealed more of my essence and refined my gifts in the realms of artful healing and healing creative art.
Rooted in the ancient wisdom of Tantra, I teach the power of radical self-love, sacred pleasure, and the celebration of our sexual magnificence as portals to self-actualization, empowerment, and joy.

What’s Tantra?
In Western culture, Tantra is often misunderstood and reduced to sacred sexuality, erotic performance, or a collection of sensual techniques. While intimacy and sexuality can be part of the Tantric path, they are not its essence.
Tantra is a way of seeing, a way of being. a way of remembering that nothing in you is separate from the Divine. The word “tantra” comes from Sanskrit and means “to weave,” “to expand,” or “to harmonise through integration.”
Rather than escaping the body to find God, Tantra invites us to wake up through the body — through breath, presence, sensation, intimacy, emotion, pleasure, and truth.
Tantra is a vast, ancient spiritual tradition that spans philosophy, meditation, ritual, embodiment, breathwork, energetic awakening, and conscious relationship.
Its roots extend far beyond India — back into priestess cultures, Goddess temples, and mystery schools where eros and divinity were still understood as one.
At the heart of Tantra is a simple but radical teaching: Nothing about you is wrong. Nothing in you needs to be denied. And everything is called back home through love.
Everything — including desire, pleasure, pain, emotion, and sexuality — is sacred.
In Tantra, the body is not a hindrance to enlightenment; it is the portal.
Pleasure is not a distraction; it is medicine.
Desire is not sinful; it is a spark of creation.

Tantra recognises that most suffering comes from splitting ourselves: spirituality from sexuality, the mind from the body, pleasure from purity, the sacred from the human.
When we are taught that our genitals are shameful, that orgasm is sinful, or that desire is unspiritual, we disconnect from our own power and worthiness.Tantra heals this split. Through presence, breath, touch, awareness, and love, Tantra invites us to meet every part of ourselves without judgement — especially the ones we were taught to hide. When love touches our shadows, numbness, pleasure, longing, or heartbreak, transformation becomes inevitable.
Tantric practices may include:

• energy work and kundalini awakening
• shadow work and emotional alchemy

It teaches us to live with open hearts, awakened bodies, and reverence for life in every breath.
Tantra is not about becoming someone new — it is about remembering who you have always been.
APPENDIX — RED & WHITE TANTRA
In many Tantric lineages, there is a distinction between White Tantra and Red Tantra.
White Tantra focuses on consciousness — meditation, breath, presence, stillness, purity, transcendence.
Red Tantra honours the body — eros, pleasure, sensuality, intimacy, desire, life-force energy, embodiment.
Originally, these two pathways were never meant to be separate.
When consciousness (white) and eros (red) divide, humanity becomes divided — from the body, from nature, from pleasure, from wholeness.
This split creates the very wound that so many feel today: the conflict between spirituality and sexuality, between purity and pleasure, between the mind and the feminine mystery.
Modern Tantra — and my personal work — seeks to reunite what was once whole.

Kahuna is a shamanic. non-sexual massage modality from Hawaii. It is a very Ancient yet Ever-New unique, effective & wonderful healing modality where the practitioner uses his/her hands, forearms and elbows to give a massage and nurture the client.
Unique to Hawaiian massage are long & fluid strokes, skillful underbodywork and a constant alternation between deep pressure work with elbows & forearms and nurturing hand massage.
Music is played during the massage. Dynamic breathing and dance movements are the source of energy and rhythm in Kahuna. At times the practitioner dances around the table using hula or tai chi style movements, which help him/her to attune to the natural rhythms of the clients body; to harmonise body, mind and soul; to massage with flow and continuity and sometimes even to enter in a trance-like state.Item description
